Chapter Meetings
Our chapter meets on the third (3rd) Saturday of every month (September through May). We gather at 9 AM and the meeting starts around 9:15 AM. Meetings are held at the Braeburn Country Club (8101 Bissonnet St.) and are concluded by 10:30 AM. Each meeting includes pledges, a breakfast meal, and a speaker.
Our meetings are open to the public, and we invite those interested in joining to attend.
Our meetings offer a Texas country breakfast buffet for $28 per person. If you wish to attend, please RSVP and pay your meal below via PayPal by clicking on the link here. We ask that you do so by the end of business on the Tuesday before the meeting.
Please note that no credit cards are accepted at the meeting for payment. Checks and cash payments are allowed at that time, only if you have contacted the Treasurer the Tuesday before the Saturday meeting. If paying by cash, please bring the exact amount, as we do not have change.
When you purchase your tickets for a meeting, please make every effort to attend, as there are no refunds. We are a non-profit organization and can not absorb the costs of no-shows. Reservations are transferable for the meeting date, so if you are unable to attend, you may have another person attend in your place. Please contact the Treasurer if that is the case.
We welcome suggestions from members for restaurants with private meeting rooms for to hold a couple of luncheon meetings during the week. If you wish to make a suggestion, please contact the Chapter’s President.
